Foot stool building plan - **NEED THIS**

Mr. Lawrence will be holding a Carpentry workshop at his home on Oct. 9 for Requirement 5 – “Make a simple article of furniture for practical use …”.

Scouts working on the Carpentry MB are encouraged to complete this project on their own with responsible supervision and bring the finished project to the workshop.  Those Scouts who need assistance can come to the workshop to assemble the project there. Scouts can make any project of their own choosing, but a plan for a simple but handy footstool can be found at the top of this announcement.

If you plan to come, please signup under this event.  Bring your Carpentry blue card (see Mr. Schimke if you still need to get one), a hammer and a saw, if you have one.  MANDATORY – Bring your safety glasses!  If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Lawrence at 301.963.9314 or BILLYL@erols.com.  More details to follow.

** Parents and other Carpentry MBCs are encouraged to come to supervise and assist.
